FALL is here and it’s my absolute fave season ever. There’s just something perfect and magical about the changing seasons. It just makes me want to visit a pumpkin patch, eat apple cider donuts and pull out all my Harry Potter books for a good trip back to Hogwarts.

Feeling a little overwhelmed? No worries- it happens to ALL of us, no matter how well organized we are. This feeling comes from having a seemingly never ending to-do list and not being able to complete it.
We’ve all experienced this feeling of “never having enough time” which is totally understandable since LIFE happens. Things never go according to plan or schedule- and that’s okay. But there are a few simple things that you can practice, to soothe this feeling of overwhelm, while still being productive and getting things done.

I know it can be a weird question, but it’s one that we often forget to ask ourselves. So many times we get caught up doing things to OUR OWN selves that make us not feel too good. Here are some bad habits we can quit today, to help our mental & physical health.

Have you ever had a really not nice experience where you wanted something really badly and it didn’t happen? Then later on something else more amazing came up and then you suddenly realize that that first rejection was for the best? You can probably stop and think about it and you’ll be so surprised.
I love mindset swaps which is a little technique I love doing where every time I think of something in a negative manner (aka a negative mindset), I consciously make a decision to replace it with a positive mindset.

I love LOVE chocolate chip cookies, and during quarantine, I was so inspired to create a healthier, guilt free version. Let me just say that you are going to LOVE this so much. I know your first question might be: ZUCCHINI? But I promise you that you won’t taste it at all. You’ll just taste a warm, yummy melty chocolatey cookie-and honestly you might finish eating the entire batch on the same day. At least that’s what happens to me because it’s THAT good. Even Luke (my little brother) loves it and he’s known to be a ridiculous snacker.
